Dear visitors and friends of the MaxlRIDE Moto Festival,
dear community,

We have managed to get the MaxlRIDE Moto Festival off the ground twice. What started as an idea in 2022 has provided countless unforgettable moments in 2023 and 2024. Friendships were made, memories were created - and just writing these lines gives me goosebumps.

It's an indescribable feeling to think back to past festivals: strolling through the Schlosswiese, seeing the laughter, the engines and the unique atmosphere. These memories are short, because for us the entire weekend was a single state of emergency: full focus, organizing, improvising and making a thousand things possible at the same time. But time and time again, youmanaged to leave a lasting impression amidst all the hustle and bustle.

I admit that there were moments when we were overwhelmed with emotion - goosebumps and tears of joy. What we created together on the meadow at Schloss Maxlrain is simply something special.

The MaxlRIDE is a project close to our hearts - from us for you. A festival that celebrates the passion for motorcycles, open to all makes and models.

Organized by motorcyclists who simply do what they themselves want: an event by bikers for bikers.

Not a marketing agency with profit motives, but four motorcycle enthusiasts who, out of pure passion and idealism, manage everything alongside their jobs - from planning to agreements with the authorities to the final mud fight when cleaning up.

Familiar. With heart. That's how it is, and that's how it should stay.

But this is pushing us to our limits in our third year. The costs, which have risen to unimaginable heights in recent years, present us with a huge challenge. At the same time, we are facing a difficult economic time in our industry, which is causing budgets for such events to shrink.

The truth is: the 2025 festival is on the brink.

But we believe that such events should continue to exist - festivals that bring the versatility and emotion of motorcycling to life. If we want events like this, we can't hide behind rising costs or difficult times. We all have to stick together to keep MaxlRIDE alive.

With this message we would like to ask for your help. Because without you, without the support of the community and our exhibitors, we cannot do this alone.

What makes the MaxlRIDE unique?
The beautiful castle meadow in Maxlrain with a view of the Alps. The fantastic routes in the surrounding area, the perfect atmosphere for a family motorcycle festival. But this special backdrop comes at a price: staging the festival costs us around 330,000 euros every year.

So far, we have not been able to fully cover these costs. This is also due to the fact that we still have to grow as a new festival - both in terms of visitors and exhibitors. In addition, the weather was not kind to us in the first two years. But the increase in visitors and exhibitors shows:You like it, and the festival has great potential!

We firmly believe in developing the MaxlRIDE into a permanent fixture on the motorcycle calendar in the coming years. For this we needyou.

This is how you can help:

  • Talk about the festival. Tell your friends and acquaintances about it!
  • Do you know any companies that might be interested in the festival? Make contact and motivate them to participate as exhibitors or partners.
  • Support us via our fundraiser. We offer you the opportunity to reserve tickets now. If the festival does not take place, you will of course get your money back - you support us without risk!
  • Additional crowdfunding options. In addition to tickets, we have integrated support tickets and other packages with which you can help beyond the ticket price.
  • Share the link and the information about our fundraiser, whether in your circle of friends or your social media profiles - we need you as a multiplier!

Important: Your support will be used exclusively to finance the next festival. If the funding target is not reached, the money raised will be refunded in full.Your contribution goes directly into the future of MaxlRIDE!

The final decision will be made at the beginning of March. We hope that we can then say together:"Yes, to MaxlRIDE 2025!"

Do you have any other ideas for support? Write us an e-mail!

A support ticket might even be a special Christmas present for someone who loves motorcycles.

Thank you very much for your support and for encouraging us in our vision to continue this special festival.

We are keeping our fingers crossed for all of us and wish you a wonderful (pre-)Christmas season and a happy new year!

Yours

______________

Dear visitors and friends of the MaxlRIDE Moto Festival,
dear community,

Twice now, we've managed to pull off the MaxlRIDE Moto Festival. What started as an idea in 2022 turned into countless unforgettable moments in 2023 and 2024. Friendships were made, memories created-and just writing this gives me goosebumps.

It's hard to describe the feeling of walking through the festival grounds and reliving all those moments. Those flashes of laughter, roaring engines, and an atmosphere like no other. These memories are brief for me because the entire weekend (and the time before and after) felt like being in a tunnel-constantly on the roll, making things happen, being focused and full of adrenaline making this dream become reality.

But you-our amazing community-always managed to shine through the madness. I'll admit, there were times when I got emotional: goosebumps, and even a few tears, as I realized what we'd created together on the beautiful grounds of Maxlrain Castle.

This festival is a labor of love-for all four of us on the organizing team. It's our passion to keep this festival alive, a brand-open motorcycle event for everyone. A festival that celebrates motorcycling in all its forms, organized by bikers, for bikers.

We're not an event or marketing agency looking to cash in on another flashy festival. Far from it! We're four motorcycle enthusiasts who organize MaxlRIDE purely out of passion and idealism, alongside our full-time jobs. We do it all-from negotiating with authorities to scrubbing the last mud-covered plates after the event-together with a team of dedicated volunteers.

From us, for you. Warm, personal, and full of heart. That's how it is, and that's how we want it to stay.

But now, in our third year, we're facing a massive challenge. I hate to bring this up because I know we're all tired of hearing it, but the skyrocketing costs of the past few years are stretching us to the limit. And in a time when our industry is cutting marketing budgets, it's even harder to make ends meet.

The truth is: MaxlRIDE 2025 is on the line.

But if we want events like this-festivals that bring the joy and diversity of motorcycling to life-we can't let these challenges hold us back. If we want to keep this festival going, it's going to take all of us.

We're doing everything we can to keep MaxlRIDE alive, and this email is part of that effort. But the reality is that if we don't get the support we need-from you, our visitors, and our exhibitors-we won't be able to continue.

What makes MaxlRIDE so special?
The stunning grounds of Maxlrain Castle, with breathtaking views of the Alps. Beautiful nearby routes to ride. A friendly, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. But this unique vibe comes at a price-the festival costs around€330,000to run each year.

So far, we haven't been able to fully cover these costs. As a new festival, we're still growing-both in visitors and exhibitors-and the weather didn't exactly play nice in the first two years. But the growing number of attendees and exhibitors tells us one thing:you love it, and there's massive potential here.

We firmly believe MaxlRIDE can become a staple in the motorcycling calendar. But we can't do it alone-we need you!

Here's how you can help:

  • Spread the word. Tell your friends about the festival!
  • Know any companies that might be interested? Reach out and encourage them to join as exhibitors or sponsors.
  • Support us through our fundraiser. You can reserve your tickets now, giving us the planning security we need. If the fundraiser goal isn't reached and the festival doesn't happen, you'll get your money back. No risk for you, but a huge help for us!
  • Crowdfunding extras. If, like us, you believe in the festival and want to help it thrive, we've added special support tickets and options that go beyond the regular ticket price.
  • Share our crowdfunding page with your friends, either in person or through your social media channels - we need you to spread the word!

Important: Your support goes directly towards making the next festival happen. If we don't reach the funding goal, your contributions will be refunded, and no money will be used to cover past deficits. Your help is solely for the future of MaxlRIDE!

We'll announce the final decision in early March, and we're hoping with all our hearts that it'll be a big YES to MaxlRIDE 2025!

Got any other ideas to support us? Send us an email!

And hey, maybe a support ticket could even be a cool Christmas gift for a fellow motorcycle lover.

Thank you so much for your support. Every bit helps us keep this dream alive. You're the reason we believe in the future of this amazing festival.

Fingers crossed for all of us. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a great start to the new year!

Yours,
Silke with Barbara, Matthias, and Roel
